Everyone's been talking about the new Arcade Fire album but antheor Montreal band, Expwy, released an album on an urban planning theme earlier in the year. It may not be as good but I think they get points for originality. Hell, the album title and some of the song lyrics are lifted directly from The Death and Life of Great American Cities! Who else has done that? It's a pity nobody heard it. And don't forget Rush's Subdivision. Great track and a great video with tons of vintage footage of early 80's Toronto sprawl.Great list!
